Can't speak for anyone else (i.e., maybe others would find a general intro/overview helpful). But as someone who worked/works in grid/cloud computing, a general overview would be too basic for me.

What I really could use personally though, is a hands-on howto about Amazon EC2/S3 (and maybe also SQS and SDB). Been meaning to dig into the Amazon cloud stuff for a while now, but haven't had the time. A good intro presentation would help me come up to speed.
